Accepting User Proposals to the National Center for CryoEM Access and Training (NCCAT)
The GUP1 access program supports single particle cryoEM data collection on one of our existing Titan Krios instruments using dedicated NCCAT instrumentation using a Gatan K3 direct-electron detector. The GUP2 cycle supports use of Chameleon (the commercialized version of Spotiton) with a feedback screening report. The TP cycle supports embedded researcher cross-training (TP1) and facility manager cross-training (TP2). The GPS cycle supports users to come on-site for sample preparation and screening assisted by our staff. Additional classes of proposals open based on capacity and availability.
