How soon does my application get a review?
After each cycle we send proposals for external peer review by our User Review Committee (URC). Given the impact of COVID-19 many of our reviewers have been taking 1 month to return proposal reviews.
I received a score, when can I get access?
The Time Allocation Committee will be in touch with you to schedule access. Please note our timeframes have lengthened due to reduce staffing capacity because of the COVID-19 health situation.

I submitted a RAPc proposal, when do I get awarded time?
The review process for COVID-19 related proposal application is expedited. The overall wait time from submission date to sample submission may be as soon as 1 week.
Can I come onsite for data collection session?
All sessions are remote at this time until further notice.
When can I send samples?
The NCCAT user office will schedule a video conference with TAC scheduled and awarded applications to go over the details of your project before you ship your sample.
How many days of access do I receive?
Standard Krios access is 2 days. Block Allocation Group (BAG) access may have several 2 days blocks to be outlined in your pre-award video conference. GUP2 or TP1/2 users will have more of a customized access plan based on the pre-award video conference.
